Hit Filter
A hit filter is a saved search short-cut or favourite. It allows the user to create favourite or common search queries with specific parameters which can then be quickly applied on subsequent occasions. The hit filters are unique to each user.

Functions of the hit filter

| POST | Edit/update a filter (also creates new filters) |

| name | Name given to the hit filter. Mandatory for PUT, POST and DELETE |
